Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item should be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Certain products such as personalized or intimate items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund and credit the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued only for items that meet our return conditions.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • In accordance with applicable Indian tax laws, all taxes collected at the time of purchase—including but not limited to Goods and Services Tax (GST)—are non-refundable under any circumstances, including product return, cancellation, or exchange
3. Exchange Policy
 
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will process an exchange at no additional cost. For any exchange requests, you can reach us at 7990403189.
 
Important Notes:
 
A complete unboxing video is mandatory to claim a defective or damaged item. Without this video, exchange may not be approved or may incur additional charges.
 
If the size mistake is from our side, we will replace it free of charge.
 
If the size exchange is due to customer error, exchange charges will apply.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded or returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care items, unless defective
